we need to stop paying restitution to individuals, to keep those who abuse this privilege from using it to trash themselves and their community.
we need to rethink our drug laws and actually HELP those who abuse them, rather than throw them into jail and have them deal with substance abuse on their own.
our government needs to wake up and learn how to spend our money.
